AWS Support provides three main types of support requests:
Scenario: You check your monthly bill and discover your invoice is up to $100 and you don’t have money to pay. Here’s how to submit a support request.
ℹ️ Information: Make sure the phone number you provide in your AWS account is reachable and active.

Select Account and billing support and fill in the following information:
Select Account and billing.
Service: Select Invoice
Category: Select Question About My Invoice
Severity: Select General question
Click Next step

Subject: Briefly describe the issue (Content should focus on your inability to pay the invoice.)
Description: Provide details about your invoice, that you are currently a student and unable to pay.
Attach file: Attach your invoice.

Download invoice at Billing and Cost Management -> Bill -> Invoice -> Select invoice to download -> Download invoices.






💡 Pro Tip: You can create support requests with AWS Support even when your account is not fully activated.
⚠️ Warning: Make sure to provide complete information in the support request to avoid having to supplement information later, helping the process be faster.
🔒 Security Note: Never share sensitive information like passwords or AWS access keys in your support requests.
⏱️ Response Time: For account verification issues, AWS Support typically responds within 24 hours, but times may vary depending on request volume.
